Tuesday:

What: bike/run session
Where & when: see calendar for details
What to bring: rollers or ergo, bike, cycling gear, bike, HR monitor,  drink bottle, running shoes

Wednesday:

What: Ride
Where & when: see calendar for details
What to bring: Bike, HR monitor,  drink bottle

Thursday:

What: Run
Where & when : See calendar for details
What to bring: running gear, HR monitor, drink bottle

Friday:

What: Swim
Where & when : See calendar for details
What to bring: goggles, fins, paddles, kickboard, pull buoy.
